What is Captain Salute?

Captain Salute is catalogued as common and still ranked S for 2v2 because the buff hits the whole team. A 2025 list called it the best awakening for the same reason and described the buff as speed. Later guides say a large stat buff and a flag. Rarity and strength are not the same thing here.
